Welded Pipe stainless Steel | PIM – PPM | Raw Material | Production Cutting & identification | Weld Pipe.
Pipe calibration and Pig control passage | Sampling test selection | Mechanical testing | Performance of ferrite content | Metallographic ex | Corrosion test | P.I.M. \ Plain end machining | Radiographic ex | Dye penetrant ex bevel and weld metal | Pickling and passivation | Visual and Dimensional check | Pipe Marking | Packing and preservation and protection pipe | Final documentation.
Reporting Duties:
During the manufacture of this product, each phase has been checked and verified step by step.
According To Specification and Quality Control Plan and customer requirements:
Document for client approval | Incoming Heat check of mill certificate | Verification of welding procedures and qualifications of staff.
Control of the forming tube, by calendaring | Longitudinally welded pipe,
continue with the calibration of the tube and PIG control passage.
Sampling test selection and mechanical tests:
Tensil test – impact test – hardness test- corrosion test – metallographic exam.
Plain end machining check | Radiographic ex and P.I.M. | Dye Penetrant Test, bevel and in weld metal | Pickling and passivation | Visual and Dimensional check | Pipe Marking | Packing and preservation and protection pipe | Final documentation
